With these books, the patient is told where the starting point for the puzzle is on the chart. He is then instructed to move his eyes a certain number of spaces Up, Down, Left or Right. When he does, the letter he finds will be the letter he needs to fill in the blank on his puzzle page. When he completes all of the blanks, it will form a word dealing the indicated category.
